Staging

Furnishing vacant properties for sale with furniture, artwork, and nick-knacks is called staging.  Value-builders™ stages all the houses we remodel.  A recent Denver Post article (Feb. 8, 2004 page 4K), indicated that staged homes sell 2.2 times faster and for 5% higher prices than non-staged homes.  For a $250,000 house, that means $12,500 more!

We believe our homes go under contract more quickly because of the quality of our work, but also because of our staging.  Staging helps buyers visualize where their own things can go, and helps them to see the property as a home, not just another house.  Staging is an art, and at Value-builders we have the ‘artists’ to be sure your property will look wonderful.
